1. What is an “e-book” and how does it work?

An ebook is a digital program that quickly downloads to your computer after you submit your order. The ebook in PDF format which can be opened with many internet browsers such as Internet Explorer and the free Acrobat Reader. It is compatible with both PC and Macintosh computers.

You can easily copy and paste text from the e-book into your favorite word processing program (such as Microsoft Word). Open the e-book in Acrobat Reader and use the Select Tool to highlight the text you would like to copy. Then click control-C to copy. Then go to the word program and click control-v to paste.

2. Can I order by mail with a check or money order?

3. How will I receive my e-book?

After you submit your contact information and payment details, a screen with the download link will display. If you’re at work right now, or on another computer, don’t worry. You’ll also get an email with the download information so you can get to it later.

4. Is my credit card information safe when ordering online?

5. Can I purchase this course in bookstores?

Our e-books and CDs are only available online.

6. How long does it take to get the e-book?

You can download your e-book immediately after payment. After you submit your contact information and payment details, a screen with the download link will display. You will also get this information via email just in case you need it again.

If you order a printed allow 5-10 days for your product to arrive via First Class Mail.
